Sa Sa is a founder and managing partner of KST Legal Law Firm. Before he started the KST Legal, he worked in Baker McKenzie, KPMG and other prominent local law firms. He has around 12 years of experiences as a lawyer. He is also a visiting lecturer in Matrix Institute of Professional. He obtained his PhD in relating to the Corporate Tax Laws. His key practice areas are Banking and Finance, Merger & Acquisition and Technology.  Can speak fluently in both English and Myanmar.

Daw Win Win Tint built her family business, City Mart Holding Company Limited (CMHL), from a single supermarket into a leading retail company in Myanmar after she took over its management at the age of 21. She expanded the City Mart supermarket chain and launched bakeries, cafes, health and beauty stores, as well as other food and beverage brands that have since become household names in Myanmar. She now leads a group with over 200 outlets and 8,500 employees. She is also President of the Myanmar Retailers Association.

She was appointed a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2012 and was ranked by Forbes magazine as one of the 50 most powerful businesswomen in Asia Pacific in 2015. A year later, she received the Young Entrepreneur Award from the ASEAN Business Advisory Council and was named Asia-Pacific Retail Woman of the Year by the Asia Pacific Retail Congress in 2017.

Dr. Tun Thura Thet is the Chief Solutions Architect at Nirvasoft Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based regional software company specializing in enterprise solutions and digital innovation. He was also the founder and executive chairman of Myanmar Information Technology (MIT) Pte Ltd, the leading software development and system integration company in Myanmar.

Dr. Tun was a special guest speaker at the NTU Convocation in 2015 and received the NTU Alumni Achievement Award in 2021 from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. In academia, he serves as a visiting professor and lecturer at Yangon University of Economics, Meiktila University of Economics, and the University of Computer Studies, Yangon, where he teaches in the Executive Master of Business (EMBA), Executive Master of Banking and Finance (EMBF), and Master of Computer Science (MCSc) programs. As an academic, Dr. Tun has published several research papers in the fields of sentiment analysis and machine learning.

Dr. Tun co-founded and served as a director of the Myanmar ICT Development Corporation (MICT Park). He was also an elected director of the Myanmar Institute of Directors (MIoD) and an independent director of the Myanmar Credit Bureau. Dr. Tun founded MIT in 1997 and is considered one of the pioneers in Myanmar’s then-nascent field of information technology. MIT provides ICT services in banking, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and digital innovation across Myanmar and regional markets. MIT was the winner of the ASEAN Business Award for the e-ASEAN sector in 2015 and the ASOCIO 2018 Outstanding ICT Company Award.

Thiri Thant Mon is the Director of Investor Relations for Climate Investment, a private equity firm based in London, UK focused on investing in decarbonisation technologies.  She also serves as Executive Director of the Myanmar Institute of Directors which is Myanmar’s corporate governance body and trustee for Turquoise Mountain Foundation, a UK charity that focuses on heritage preservation countries such as Afghanistan and Myanmar.  She has held a number of leadership roles over her 20 year career as a finance and capital markets professional.  Before returning to Myanmar in 2013, she was a capital markets investment banker with Morgan Stanley in London helping institutional clients raise multi-billion dollar financings. Upon her return, she was a member of the executive committee and Head of Corporate Development at Yoma Strategic Holdings.  She founded Pegu Partners – previously named Sandanila – a capital and investment advisory firm, in 2015.  Thiri started her career in 2000 in the US with Capital One.  Thiri has a strong interest in building societal vibrancy and sustainability and is the organiser of TEDxYangon.  She holds a BA in Economics from William & Mary and an MBA from the London Business School.

Dr. Thaung Han is the Group CEO of Max Myanmar Group since 2019 and serves on its Board of Director. Prior to that, he served as President & CEO at Myanmar Citizen Bank, Managing Director at AYA Bank and Advisor at AYA Financial Group, and Group COO at Max Myanmar Group.

He earned his PHD in International Business from the University of Texas at EI Paso and MBA from Purdue University. He also earned a Diploma in Business Law and Executive MBA from Yangon University of Economics and holds a MBBS from Mandalay University of Medicine.

He is also a visiting faculty at private and government universities teaching diverse topics in finance and management. He has strong management experiences in banking and diverse business sectors, foreign JV, and NGOs. He has been actively participating in capacity building of the communities and CSR activities.

Daw Su Sandar Zaw is one of the most experienced in business advisory services and specialized in corporate finance, management consulting, and deal with more than 17 years in Myanmar and Singapore. Su has a strong knowledge of financial management, portfolio management, investment advisory, business valuation and financial modeling in the Finance & Banking Industry and Private Equity Firm with CCA background. Su has extensive experience with project related to the market entries of companies in telecommunication, and banking & financial service industries in Myanmar and Singapore.

Su was formally a Finance Director of private equity firm, Anthem Asia Myanmar, and take charged of the portfolio monitoring, overseeing the growth of investment portfolio companies operationally & strategically, and the funds management and closely work with IFC. Su was a Finance Manager about 5 years’ experience in banking sector and one of the pioneers for the transition period of ANZ Bank (Myanmar Branch) from the representative office to the branch. Thus, she has a strong knowledge of financial & operational system set up, and a strong collaboration with the regulators. Su also has about 8 years working experience in F&B sector, and education sector in Singapore.

Su is graduated with Bachelor of Commerce, and she is holding a Master of Banking & Finance. She is Myanmar First Winner and world ranking 11th of Advanced Performance Management, ACCA UK. She is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants from United Kingdom and Chartered Practising Accountant Australia. Su is also a committee member of Gender Lens of Myanmar Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, and she is one of the volunteer mentors of the mentoring session for the SME development in Myanmar.
